There is a mineral that is found in the earth, in plants and the sea. It’s so essential to us because every cell in our body contains it and needs it to function. About 60% of this mineral in our bodies is found in bone and the rest in muscles, soft tissues and fluids, including our blood. It’s involved in over 400 cellular reactions! This mineral is none other than Magnesium.
It has some extremely amazing properties that make it so critical for us to thrive and maintain optimum health. Some that are just currently being researched and spoken about. More and more physicians are waking up to the fact that we have been fooled for centuries into believing that we are actually healing the sick with medication versus alleviating symptoms and in a way arresting the disease; but what’s at the root cause. Could a lot of what we suffer for come from deficiencies of vitamins and minerals in the body?

Do you suffer from osteoporosis and take calcium with or without vitamin D? What about Diabetes or at risk for Stroke? How about have you been told that you have calcifications in your arteries? Check out this video on Magnesium. I think you’ll find it extremely interesting.
In seeing how a magnesium deficiency can cause so many problems but yet be so simple to rid ourselves of these symptoms or diseases, or even prevent them, NOW WHAT WILL YOU DO ABOUT IT? The first thing you should do is make sure you consult your doctor. Hopefully you have a physician that is open to utilizing diet and nutrition to heal. Second, do your research and find the best supplement if you really feel you have a deficiency. Blood draws can be done as well. There is an excellent magnesium supplement that crosses the Blood Brain Barrier and therefore gets this amazing mineral to the site of action in which it’s needed if you suffer from Central Nervous System issues and more. It’s called Magnesium L-Threonate.
My Personal Testimony of Healing
This story begins about a year and a half ago when I began taking supplemental calcium and vitamin D tablets daily as prevention for osteoporosis, which runs in my family. My Mother and Grandmother seemed to develop it and I did not want to acquire it. My doctor recommended it and about 5-6 months after taking it daily, I developed what looked like a bone spur or some time of deposit on my hand. My research began and I tried a number of things. After researching about Magnesium and how it can help calcium to be balanced in the body and even help with this issue, I decided to try it.
This is what happened:

You can make a huge difference in your health through eating to live, eating healthy and if needed, taking a select amount of supplements if needed. Supplements are not to be taken on a whim. Do your own research, find out if you are deficient in something that is causing you to suffer from Dis-ease, try something natural if it is not an urgent situation and then monitor for results.
