Black Seed Oil Review, Vegan Recipes & More

My Black Seed Oil Review

Many call Black Seed Oil ”Liquid Gold” and some have said that it cures everything except death. It was so valuable that the seeds were found in King Tut’s tomb, which gives you an idea of its value even in ancient times. I heard about this Blackseed Oil for the first time through a great friend but didn’t seek it out immediately. After finally looking into it and deciding to try it, I wanted to share some of my thoughts; but first, check out this short video review by a physician, Dr. Eric Berg.

As you may have heard in the above video, it is said to cure/ease so many things. I began using it as an anti-inflammatory and pain cure for arthritis, mainly for my back. Also, I believe that it is helping to protect my nerve cells against free radical damage (acting as an anti-oxidant/anti-aging). It causes cancer cells to commit suicide…..WHAT???๐Ÿคท It is in medical terms a somatostatin analog, which as you heard the doctor in the vid state was the only natural one that he could find. People pay thousands of dollars for cancer treatment. As far as concomitant and natural therapy for multiple ailments, this one has made number one on my list!!!๐Ÿ† STOCK THIS IN YOUR CABINET!!!

The only drawback I can report about this amazing oil is that I suffered from constipation and had to put more effort into staying hydrated. I currently am using only one teaspoon a day and plan to continue this natural remedy.

Apple Cider Vinegar and Lemon Together

Check out this quick video on ACV and Lemon together. A very powerful combination. It’s absolutely been life-changing. As a part of my daily detox, I also give it a thumbs up. ๐Ÿ† STOCK THIS IN YOUR CABINET!!!

I take 1-2 ounces of lemon, 2 tablespoons of ACV in 16-20 ounces of water. I have not yet seen any drawbacks from this natural therapy. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ

Tasty Vegan Cooking…Some of my Faves from my kitchen and from YouTuber Rachel Ama!

This change from a nearly meatless, animal-free diet has definitely been a learning process, but very rewarding. The main thing to remember is to GET STARTED and DON’T BE AFRAID to experiment in the kitchen. Try new things. I’m including a video below of Rachel Ama’s from her YouTube Channel. She has some amazing recipes. Also below I have posted a few pics of my own that my family and I enjoy daily. I do meal prep a few days out of the week to cut down on the cooking time and then begin to ”build a plate/bowl” so to speak. Remember to KEEP IT ALKALINE as much as possible and pack your meals with nutrients, BUY ORGANIC when possible and WASH produce, beans and grains.

Last but surely not least, I leave you with some meditation

A Psalm of David, Psalm 30:1-12ย This was originally written by David to be sung at the inauguration of the Temple, though he knew it would not take place in his lifetime but of his son’s, Solomon. The Psalm entered into the siddur as a prayer to be said on Hanukka and was later adopted as a part of the daily prayers. It means a lot to me because of all the trials and tribulations me and my family have been through. In the midst of it all, pain and joy, we emerge feeling grateful and blessed. Most of all, we are transforming and growing daily. Stay blessed!

Psa 30:1 I exalt You, O ื™ื”ื•ื”, for You have drawn me up, And have not let my enemies rejoice over me.
Psa 30:2 ื™ื”ื•ื” my Elohim, I have cried to You, And You have healed me.
Psa 30:3 ื™ื”ื•ื”, You brought me up from the grave; You have kept me alive, from going down into the pit.
Psa 30:4 Sing praise to ื™ื”ื•ื”, You kind ones of His, And give thanks at the remembrance of His Set-apartness.
Psa 30:5 For His displeasure is for a moment, His delight is for life; Weeping might last for the night, But joy comes in the morning.
Psa 30:6 As for me, I have said in my ease, โ€œNever would I be shaken!โ€
Psa 30:7 ื™ื”ื•ื”, in Your good pleasure You have made my mountain to stand strong; You hid Your face, and I was troubled.
Psa 30:8 I cried out to You, O ื™ื”ื•ื”; And to ื™ื”ื•ื” I prayed:
Psa 30:9 โ€œWhat gain is there in my blood, When I go down to the pit? Would dust praise You? Would it declare Your truth?
Psa 30:10 โ€œHear, O ื™ื”ื•ื”, and show me favour; ื™ื”ื•ื”, be my helper!โ€
Psa 30:11 You have turned my mourning into dancing for me; You have torn off my sackcloth and girded me with gladness,
Psa 30:12 So that esteem might praise You and not be silent. O ื™ื”ื•ื” my Elohim, I thank You forever.

Out of Loss Beauty Blossoms

I wanted to share an amazing story with you about a woman struck by sudden tragedy, responding with enormous courage, her method of healing and finally her triumph over her illness.ย  My guest artist is not a musician, poet or a dancer but is extremely creative and an inspiration to anyone who has been the victim of a debilitating illness.ย  She is also an inspiration for those who make excuses that something simply can’t be done.ย  Please take a few minutes to read about how she turned a loss that could’ve ended a craft that she enjoys, into beauty, despite her challenges.

Hi, my name is Brenda Dunams and before I had a stroke I was an artist of sorts.ย  I enjoyed making everything with my hands from crocheting and sewing to jewelry making, handmade clocks and wall hangings.

After my stroke, I knew my life had changed forever.ย  Accepting this harsh fact, I worried about how I could become an artist again.

At that time my daughter was pregnant and was concerned about how I was going to at least hold my grand baby.ย  I was offered an opportunity to receive rehab while recuperating in the hospital.ย  There, my occupational therapist asked what I did.ย  When I told her one of the things I did was crochet, she said, “I can show you how to do it with one hand.”ย  My inspiration was a bird and it’s beak.ย  I thought, if a bird can make a nest with a beak, what could I do with one hand, right?

Well, I was able to walk up out of rehab, and had the strength to hold my newborn grand daughter.ย  Slowly, I relearned how to crochet.ย  I’ve found other ways to do my crafts.ย  These are a few things I’ve done.

All of the above and below items are handcrafted by Brenda and inspired from nature.

img-20180712-wa0006-collageย Just goes to show that where there’s a will there’s a way.ย  I hope by sharing Brenda’s story that it is an inspiration for all of us to put forth our very best and to be grateful for every day that we have to share our talents with others.ย  Also to be courageous in the face of tragedy and know that we can overcome with a lot of determination and most of all our Heavenly Father and Creator of all of the Heavens, Earth and all that are within.

Introducing “Jewel” by Dr. S’rah Yisrael

I was 26 years old, sitting in my doctor’s examining room, when he told me I was pregnant. Again.ย  With my third child in three years.ย  I cried.

I went home and told my husband who assured me that everything would be okay.ย  But I silently disagreed and thought to myself, “No, everything will not be okay”.ย  I do not know exactly why that thought came to my mind when it did.

It wasn’t too long after that day that I realized why I felt the way I did.ย  My life would evolve into a distinctively exceptional journey, to say the least.ย  My life would be far from what most people would consider to be “okay”.

Color of Life

Every color creates a mood.ย  I’m not the world’s best photographer, however, while walking and seeing this undeniable beauty,ย  I was speechless for a few seconds.ย  It literally caught me by surprise.ย  I couldn’t help but feel compelled to try and capture the moment.ย  It reminds me to feel blessed for the things most of us often take for granted such as sight, smell, taste, hearing, the sense of touch and the ability to move at will.

After moving to Israel, I became even more inspired to live out my dreams.ย  Such beauty here.ย  This Land truly awakens the soul and has propelled me to accomplish things I admit that I had my doubts that I ever would.

The color of my life………Joyful! Blessed! Grateful!

What’s Your P Meter Score?

How many of us start off the day with a sigh upon opening our eyes?ย  Do you hit the snooze button? Dread the thought of starting what’s sure to be an endlessly busy day?

I must admit that was me but I discovered some ways to turn up my “Positivity “P” Meter Score” and want to share them with you.ย  They’ve helped me to be much more productive and yes…..have a more positive outlook on life and daily tasks as well as goals. But, before you read, please share on a scale of 0 to 100 how positive you feel most of the time, 100 being the highest.

1) Change your talk…..”My glass is half full”

We usually see things that we call unpleasant as only that. Ask yourself is there a benefit that you’re missing as you undergo unpleasant situations. For example, one of my sons got in trouble at school…..again๐Ÿ˜ž and I was summoned to yet another meeting. Of course he was punished and we spent a lot of time talking about his actions and bad choices. All to find out that he feels I don’t listen to him. Instead of griping about the meeting and his behavior, I said to myself, “If not for the meeting and the time we spent in the midst of his punishment, I may have never discovered that I was a part of the problem.” Our relationship isn’t perfect now but I gained a great benefit in that we’ve grown closer.

2) Don’t hit the snooze…..countdown time!

Let’s be honest, just about everyone does this. We don’t get the proper rest, we think we can get more done in a day and when we see that we can’t and we don’t get the proper rest, it can lead to depression and kill our motivation. Our immune system suffers the most.ย  We need at least 7 hours of sleep each day to prevent stroke and heart disease. Lack of sleep has even been linked to the stress hormone, cortisol increasing as well as certain cancers. May not get you now but after years of neglect and lack of sleep, it will eventually show up somewhere as a deterrent to your health. So get your rest, wake up to the first alarm and countdown 5-4-3-2-1 and up out of bed as if you’re a super hero called to save the day!ย  You will have a much more positive outlook on the day.

3) Make your to do list but don’t overload it.

Setting unrealistic daily goals can also lead to negativity and feeling a sense of failure in your tasks and in life. If you only choose 2 to 3 things to do each day and you accomplish them all versus 9 to 10 and accomplish only 1-2, you may feel more overwhelmed. You need a short term and long-term list and be realistic with your goal for time of completion.

4) Find a source of inspiration!

The most positive people in the world always have a reason to get up in the morning. Mine is serving others in order to fulfill the commandment to Love thy neighbor as thyself, …….

I do this by taking care of myself and family and branch out to my community. Even in my job I am in a service role as a pharmacist. I love teaching dance and writing. Through writing I serve by providing what I pray to be helpful and or inspirational! It’s also a positive release for me in times of frustration. It just feels good to know you helped someone and if those we help continue it forward, that positivity will multiply exponentially! Sounds mushy but the world does need more love and positive people.

5) Invision your goals happening and speak it into existence.

(Above- taking time for a minute to gain inspiration from nature)

Can you see it? Can you see yourself walking across the stage at your college and receiving that diploma? Your first child being born? Publishing your first book? Doing ground-breaking on your new business? Becoming well and healthy? Whatever you desire, seek the Heavenly Father for wisdom, pray for it and then make a snapshot in your mind of it occurring. It becomes real before it even happens and before you know it, there’s no room for negativity, no option to fail, only positivity and the road to success and wellbeing.

So, on a scale of 0 to 100, now what’s your P Meter Score? I really pray that something you’ve read here today has increased it. Please take a minute and do the before and after survey and spread the love by COMMENTING about which point may have helped you the most, SHARING this article FROM THIS SITE and SUBSCRIBING!๐Ÿ˜‰
