My Black Seed Oil Review

Many call Black Seed Oil ”Liquid Gold” and some have said that it cures everything except death. It was so valuable that the seeds were found in King Tut’s tomb, which gives you an idea of its value even in ancient times. I heard about this Blackseed Oil for the first time through a great friend but didn’t seek it out immediately. After finally looking into it and deciding to try it, I wanted to share some of my thoughts; but first, check out this short video review by a physician, Dr. Eric Berg.

As you may have heard in the above video, it is said to cure/ease so many things. I began using it as an anti-inflammatory and pain cure for arthritis, mainly for my back. Also, I believe that it is helping to protect my nerve cells against free radical damage (acting as an anti-oxidant/anti-aging). It causes cancer cells to commit suicide…..WHAT???๐Ÿคท It is in medical terms a somatostatin analog, which as you heard the doctor in the vid state was the only natural one that he could find. People pay thousands of dollars for cancer treatment. As far as concomitant and natural therapy for multiple ailments, this one has made number one on my list!!!๐Ÿ† STOCK THIS IN YOUR CABINET!!!

The only drawback I can report about this amazing oil is that I suffered from constipation and had to put more effort into staying hydrated. I currently am using only one teaspoon a day and plan to continue this natural remedy.

Apple Cider Vinegar and Lemon Together

Check out this quick video on ACV and Lemon together. A very powerful combination. It’s absolutely been life-changing. As a part of my daily detox, I also give it a thumbs up. ๐Ÿ† STOCK THIS IN YOUR CABINET!!!

I take 1-2 ounces of lemon, 2 tablespoons of ACV in 16-20 ounces of water. I have not yet seen any drawbacks from this natural therapy. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ

This change from a nearly meatless, animal-free diet has definitely been a learning process, but very rewarding. The main thing to remember is to GET STARTED and DON’T BE AFRAID to experiment in the kitchen. Try new things. I’m including a video below of Rachel Ama’s from her YouTube Channel. She has some amazing recipes. Also below I have posted a few pics of my own that my family and I enjoy daily. I do meal prep a few days out of the week to cut down on the cooking time and then begin to ”build a plate/bowl” so to speak. Remember to KEEP IT ALKALINE as much as possible and pack your meals with nutrients, BUY ORGANIC when possible and WASH produce, beans and grains.

Love My Matcha

A few months ago I began a daily detox and juicing challenge. I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and scoliosis of the spine and although a pharmacist, I turn to medications as a last resort.ย  It has been proven that many diseases in the body are a result of inflammation of some sort.ย  I have heard for so long about Matcha Green Tea and the powder and it’s amazing health benefits.ย  The teabags are ok, but the powder is amazingly more potent.

Each morning when I awaken I take about 3 tablespoonsful of apple cider vinegar (it must have “the mother” in it) in a full cup of good quality filtered or bottled water, sometimes with half of a teaspoon of ground ginger powder, ground black pepper and a teaspoon of ground tumeric powder.ย  I drink all of this with the aid of a straw so as not to damage the enamel of my teeth since vinegar is very acidic.

After about 15-20 minutes I drink whatever fruits and veggies that I have prepared from juicing.ย  Strawberries, cucumbers, apples, carrots, beets, pomegranates and kale are great examples of wonderful fruits and veggies that can be used.ย  Usually, I make enough juice for a few days since I have such a hectic schedule.ย  This way it helps me to continue the regimen daily.ย  The key to this gradual detox is to allow it to happen over a period of time.ย  You will notice the inches slowly slip away but you will feel more energy and less inflammation in your body over time.ย  Also, my arthritis pain has decreased and my stomach feels less bloated for the first time in years.

There are some sources that say to drink the Matcha Green Tea at night with honey (non-refined), cinnamon, lemon and ginger before bedtime and it will help you burn calories while you sleep.ย  I prefer to drink my tea at the most stressful time of my day which is sometimes afternoon and sometimes at night.ย  Either way, I have seen some truly amazing results over the last 3 months.

It has helped a great deal in my detox process to minimize my dairy and bread intake.ย  I occasionally have cheese but it is truly not something that I miss eating on a regular basis.ย  I drink almond milk if I want a plant-based substitute for recipes.ย  I can feel a huge difference in how my clothes fit me.ย  Check out my results below!ย  By the way, I had a bit of a relapse in January due to a few frustrations in my life or I believe I would have arrived at these results a month earlier;ย  however, it is really working for me and hope it can help someone else.ย  If you suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure, heart conditions, high cholesterol, liver or kidney disease or some kind of another metabolic disease, it’s always best to consult your physician before making any drastic changes, however, these are just natural things…..healing from food and herbs, the best remedy given by the Almighty Creator of Heaven and Earth!

Total inches lost to date:ย  4 inches!ย 

And I only use about 1/2 teaspoonful of the Matcha Green Tea Powder daily!

I never weigh myself as a rule because it’s not as important to me as total inches lost.ย  Also keep in mind that you should exercise at least 3 times a week for 20-30 minutes, even if it’s just walking or incorporating it into your busy day by taking the stairs everywhere you go.
