Naturally Maximize Your Immune System

I think we can all agree that it seems to be getting harder to protect ourselves from viral diseases and Covid-19 made most of us delve more into educating ourselves on how to prevent infection and prevent disease in general. It’s almost as if it woke a lot of us up regarding how we’re eating, if we’re getting enough vitamins and minerals. Many of us even began to look closer at comorbidities that lurk in our family histories as well as if we ourselves are doing the healthiest things to live a long but healthy life.

Take a look at how you can naturally help to provide your body to have a healthier immune system, thus promoting overall health.

Here is a summary of what Healthy Immune Doc shared in her video. Once you get started and put these foods, herbs and spices into your daily routine you are sure to see the difference for yourself. I’ve added a few more foods that help to promote a healthy immune system as well, such as: Blackseed Oil, Yogurt, Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother), sauerkraut and last but not least, if I had to pick a supplement to take daily it would be vitamin D, C and Zinc together.

Of course exercise 3-4 times a week such as brisk walking goes a long way to promote our health and getting our proper amount of water intake.
